Extent of warranty

We extend a warranty on our items that goes beyond the legally required warranty. You can find full particulars on the

The following may be protested:
  • blatant defects in the material
  • processing errors – the product came apart or broke
  • wrong product delivered
The following may not be protested:
  • damage as a result of incorrect use
  • damage as a result of incorrect care
  • damage as a result of an act of violence

Sale or return

Furthermore, you may also send the product back to us if you do not like it.
Pay attention in this case that the product may not be used and we need your invoice number with the date of purchase.
